When I was in the Air Force, we completed tasks on the mainframe system on a regular schedule.  These tasks kept the systems running smooth and reduced downtime.

Our Scheduled Maintenance accomplishes the same result.

On our first visit, our techs will baseline your system. This is so we can monitor the system for changes from this baseline.  Every visit we check your current system with this baseline.  This procedure helps reduce downtime by allowing us to catch problems before they lead to an outage.

Here is a sample list of checks our techs make:

  • Vulnerability scan - This helps detect problems that need patched and help us get rid of the exploitable vulnerability.
  • Tape Backup - Make sure it working and there are no errors in the logs.
  • Virus software - Check to make sure it is updating and all found viruses have been cleaned/quarantined.
  • Check that patches are being installed.

This gives you an example of checks we are making.  We also fix user problems while on site.

We also have a on-line backup system for a reduced price for our Maintenance customers.

Call us and talk to a Account manager about the program or email support@sni.us.com
